On the occasion of the historical date of the 71st anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, Ethics Expo organizes an event in Mantua within the Festival dei Diritti in collaboration with Amnesty International of Mantua.
Daniele Gotti - the founder of Ethics Expo, spoke about the development of the project, which started in 2017 in the annual event with the idea of creating low-cost prostheses made with 3D printers was promoted.
The project, told Gotti, was born during a dinner with friends (Emanuele Aggugini Levi from London and Michele Agostinello from Poggio Rusco) and so two years later (on the 27 July 2019). The goal in question is a laboratory in the Damascus University to produce prostheses (hands) with 3D printers. These prostheses will be distributed for free.
The technicians-founders of Arche 3d (start-up mantovana https://www.arche3d.it/) were present at the evening, at the speakers' table, which since the beginning of the project has supported us due to their professional / technical knowledge. We want to acknowledge them because they made it possible: Simone Veronesi, Corrado, Bondioli Bettinelli, Carlo Masgoutiere e Marco Patuzzo.
