The COVID19 has unquestionably put the light on the importance of our lungs and, above all, the role of breathing in our life. If you breathe badly, you are more likely to be susceptible to stress. We need about 11 cubic meters of clean air every 24 hours. If this oxygen contains some impurities (think about cigarettes, for example), breathing does not perform its function adequately, increasing the strength of viral agents. For this reason, we present a paper that had been presented at the Oxford Green Economics Conference in 2013 that helps to pay more attention to breathing and the places where you breathe.
